HopCellTM human iPSC-Derived Glutamatergic Neurons are neuronal cultures (>98% Map2 positive neurons) with 90% VGLUT1 or GLUR2 positive cells and express cortical markers. Anti-Synapsin and anti-PSD95 immunocytochemistry show punctate localizations along dendrites at DIV 60. These neurons form networks (clustered firing) starting from 6 days after inducing differentiation. These cells can be used for Glutamatergic neuron-related disease modeling, drug screening and toxicology testing.
